User accounts are personal and may not be passed on to third parties. Users are responsible for the security of their access credentials.
Use of all services is permitted only within the limits of applicable law and the intended purpose. In particular, the following are prohibited:
Public proxy, gateway, and mail proxy services are provided exclusively for their intended technical use with older mobile devices. Use with modern automated tools, bots, mass clients, or for other improper purposes is prohibited.
The operator reserves the right to use technical protective measures such as filtering, rate limiting, connection limits, automated blocks, or manual blocks.
Email accounts and mail services may not be used for spam, fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, bulk sending, or other abusive communication.
Users are responsible for not using third-party credentials and for not accessing third-party accounts or services without authorization.
The development platform may only be used for legitimate learning, development, and testing purposes. In particular, attacks, port scans, malware, cryptomining, spam, circumvention of access restrictions, excessive resource use, or unlawful content are prohibited.
Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, store, or execute. Regular backups of user environments and data may be created. However, there is no entitlement to restoration, availability, or completeness of this data. Users are responsible for additionally backing up important data themselves.
Archive files, software, and other downloads are provided without warranty. Users are responsible for checking downloaded content before use and for complying with the legal and technical requirements of use.
Services may be restricted, changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.
Use is at your own risk. Liability for damage, data loss, communication errors, outages, or incompatibilities is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
In case of abuse, security risks, legal violations, excessive use, or violations of these Terms of Use, access, IP addresses, services, or user accounts may be restricted, blocked, or deleted at any time without prior notice.
